TubeTuner is a Chrome extension that filters YouTube video cards based on keywords you define, highlights content matching your interests, and lets you set a daily watch time limit. It runs entirely within your browser on youtube.com.
TubeTuner collects zero personal data. The extension has no backend server and makes no outbound network requests. Your preferences are never uploaded anywhere.
Your settings — keyword lists, selected categories, channel names, and daily limit preferences — are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.sync API. This data may sync across your own Chrome profile via Google's infrastructure, which is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
TubeTuner shares no data with any third party. There is no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising network, and no remote logging of any kind built into this extension.
TubeTuner does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
If this policy is ever updated, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
